Ranelle and Michael Kasper’s farm, Kasper Creek, is a North Carolina based family business. We are living our passion, our dream and sharing with others! Ranelle’s mother, Earnie Quesinberry, was such a gifted gardener and cook and she passed that passion and skill to the next generation. A good number of Ranelle’s recipes come from her mother who made jams and jellies for 50 years. Ranelle has been making these for 20 plus years herself.

about Kasper Creek
Now, having spent five summer seasons at the Davidson NC Farmers Market and having retired from the market, heirloom apple butter, strawberry jam and four different jellies are still selling well as local customers stop by the farm by appointment to pick up. These customers select and pay for products online and then pick up at the farm by appointment as they were local to the area. Hopefully, if you are not already a Kasper Creek customer, you will become one. We do ship to customers that are not local and/or can’t arrange for pickup at the farm.
Something new for us and our customers is the availability of these in quantity for wedding favors. Two of our customers have already spread the love with Heirloom Apple Butter for each guest.
